At PerfumeSteal.in, refunds are processed in accordance with our store policies and are subject to approval by our customer support team.

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment source used during checkout.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will be required to provide their bank account details so that the refund can be processed.
Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable time frame.
Refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account depending on the payment provider or bank processing time.
Payment Gateway Charges
All refunds are subject to a 2.5% deduction, which covers payment gateway processing fees.
Failed Online Transactions
If an online payment fails but the amount is deducted from your bank account, the refund is automatically processed back to the original payment source.
Please allow up to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Note: PerfumeSteal does not hold this amount. The refund is handled by the payment gateway or banking partner.
