Return policy

At PerfumeSteal.in, we strive to ensure that every customer has a great experience with our products. However, due to the nature of fragrance products, certain return conditions apply.

Non-Returnable Products

Perfumes and fragrance oils are non-returnable products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for fragrances that have been opened or used.

Damaged or Defective Products

Returns or replacements will only be accepted if the product received is damaged or defective.

Customers must report such issues within 5 days of receiving the parcel.

One-Time Replacement Policy

We offer a one-time replacement if you are not satisfied with the fragrance.

Conditions:

Replacement is only available for orders ₹500 or above.

Orders with value below ₹500 are not eligible for replacement.

Replacement is allowed only once per order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any cost incurred by the customer to return the product will not be reimbursed.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Shipping costs are also non-refundable in cases where packages are undelivered, unclaimed, or refused by the customer.

The only exception applies if the error occurred from our side during shipping.

Return Instructions

If you need to return a product, please follow the instructions below:

Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving the order.

Carefully pack the product securely to avoid damage during transit.

Write the following details clearly on the return parcel:

Order ID

Full Name

Email Address

 

If the returned product is received damaged due to improper packaging, the product may be discarded upon arrival and no refund or replacement will be issued.

Important Notes

Returns will not be accepted in cases of:

Damage caused by improper use or handling

Damage due to customer negligence

Products returned without proper packaging
